TubePrep provides free, browser-based utilities for preparing YouTube content. All processing happens locally on your device. We may add, change or remove features at any time without notice.

You retain all rights to the content you process with our tools. Because your content never leaves your device, we do not receive, store or claim any licence to it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you process.
4. Intellectual property
The TubePrep name, logo, design and site content are owned by us or our licensors. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC; TubePrep is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Results such as safe-zone overlays, read-time estimates and chapter validation are guidance only — YouTube may change its layout or rules at any time, and we do not guarantee that output will be accurate, complete or accepted by YouTube.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubePrep and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
